Welcome to Trripzy. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.

1. Service Description

Trripzy is a carpooling platform that connects passengers with drivers traveling on similar routes. We facilitate the connection between users but do not provide transportation services ourselves. Drivers offer rides independently, and passengers choose to book based on available options.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Drivers must hold a valid driving license and vehicle registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account

4. Driver Responsibilities

Maintain a valid driving license and vehicle insurance at all times
Ensure your vehicle is in safe and roadworthy condition
Provide accurate ride details including route, timing, and pricing
Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
Complete the driver verification process by submitting required documents
Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Be punctual at the agreed pickup location
Behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers
Pay the agreed fare promptly upon completion of the ride
Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior during rides
Wear seatbelts and follow safety instructions from the driver

6. Ride Safety

Trripzy provides safety features including:

Driver identity and document verification
Live ride tracking
SOS emergency alert system
Emergency contact management
User reviews and ratings

However, Trripzy acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the safety of any ride. Users travel at their own risk and should exercise personal judgment.

7. Payment Terms

Ride payments are settled directly between passengers and drivers in cash
Trripzy does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments
The ride price displayed at booking time is the agreed fare between both parties
Disputes regarding payment should be resolved directly between the passenger and driver

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any user
Providing false or misleading information in your profile or ride listings
Using the platform for any illegal purpose or commercial transportation services
Attempting to circumvent platform features or security measures
Creating fake reviews or manipulating the rating system
Sharing other users' personal information without consent

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trripzy is a platform that facilitates connections between passengers and drivers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to damages from rides, accidents, payment disputes, or interactions between users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
